Welcome to rolecoach.vip. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, coaching services, info products, and physical goods. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Coaching Services

rolecoach offers one-on-one career and role transition coaching sessions. Bookings are confirmed upon payment. You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before its start time at no extra charge. To reschedule, contact us through our form.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session start time are not eligible for a refund or credit. If a coach cancels a session, we will offer you the choice between scheduling a new session or receiving a full refund for that session.

All refunds for coaching sessions will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment source.

2. Info Products

Our info products include digital courses, guides, and templates designed to support career development and role transitions. Upon purchase, access links are provided immediately.

All sales of info products are final. However, if you encounter technical issues that prevent access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to restore access or issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Physical Goods

We offer branded merchandise and printed materials. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is defective or not as described, you may ship it back within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or to request a refund.

Refunds for physical goods will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the shipped item. Shipping costs to send back the item are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction. Refunds are processed as follows:

• Coaching sessions: refunds issued within 10 business days via the original payment source.
• Info products: refunds considered for technical access issues reported within 7 days.
• Physical goods: refunds issued within 14 days after receipt of the shipped item.

No refunds will be issued for coaching sessions, info products, or goods beyond the periods specified above. We do not offer credits or transfers outside the allowed rescheduling window for coaching sessions.

5. Modifications to Terms

rolecoach may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting at rolecoach.vip. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

Our coaching services, info products, and physical goods are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. rolecoach is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
